Delav Plast Factory is dedicated to producing plastic pipes. These pipes are crafted from advanced polyethylene materials, including PE100 and PE100-RC (crack-resistant), in standard sizes ranging from 20mm to 630mm in diameter and pressure ratings between 4 and 32 bars. With an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons, Delav Plast plays a vital role in supporting key infrastructure projects such as drinking water supply, irrigation systems, gas distribution, telecommunications, and cable ducting.
Accreditations & Quality Standards
Delav Plast holds accreditation from Hessel in Germany for the Full Quality Testing Cycle PAS 1075 Type 1, British WRAS Approval (240755027), and operates under ISO 17025 for laboratory management. The factory is also registered with the German DVGW under certification numbers 22-0583-WNE and 22-0585-WHE, and has received PE Pipes Tests from Salahaddin University Laboratory in Erbil, R.M.G Laboratory, and numerous other respected institutions.
