Delav Company for General Trading, Irrigation Equipment, Pesticides, Fertiliser & Agricultural Seeds Ltd. was founded by Mr. Luqman Sheikani in 2009. Operating under the slogan “A green country always and a suitable environment” Delav Co. has consistently prioritised the promotion of permanent greenery, environmental safety, and efficient irrigation management through the application of modern technology.
In its founding year, Delav Co. established itself as a key distributor for several internationally renowned companies. These include Hunter Industries from the USA, Elysee for irrigation equipment from Cyprus, Poelsan from Turkey for pipe fittings, Agrodrip for drip system equipment, and Irritec from Italy for irrigation solutions. Delav Co. serves clients across Kurdistan and Iraq, and its success is built upon the pillars of expertise, experience, and passion.

Delav Plast
Recognising the need for high-quality local production, Delav Co. founded Delav Plast Factory, specialising in the manufacture of plastic pipes. These pipes are made from advanced Polyethylene, specifically PE100 and PE100-RC (Resistance to Crack), with standard sizes ranging from 20mm to 630mm in diameter and pressure ratings from 4 to 32 bars. With a production capacity of 15,000 tons annually, Delav Plast supports critical infrastructure projects in drinking water transport, irrigation, gas distribution, telecommunications, and cable ducting.
